Raymond J. Obuchowski is a court-appointed Chapter 7 case Trustee for the District of Vermont. He is the only actively practicing Vermont attorney to be admitted into the American College of Bankruptcy an elite group of approximately 650 of the top bankruptcy and restructuring professionals across the country. He is board certified by the American Board of Certification in both business and consumer bankruptcy. Jennifer Emens-Butler joined Mr. Obuchowski's firm nearly 10 years ago. She formerly clerked for Vermont's second bankruptcy judge, the Honorable Francis G. Conrad, from 1995 through 1997. She is a cum laude graduate of the Vermont Law School and is currently serving her second year as the Chair of the Vermont Bankruptcy Law Section of the Vermont Bar Association.
